"This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success."  (Joshua 1:8)

We are looking at the qualities of Abraham's faith. In our last discussion we considered the history of his faith, obedience of faith, believing faith, and sojourning faith.

Let's start from Genesis 12, for Abraham's history with God starts from there. Faith stems from, and is rooted in the God-encounter. According to Act.7:2, the God of glory appears to him, and that means that Abraham personally encountered God. And that is where and how faith is born or activated. The Scripture presents us with a couple of ONE THING to carefully consider, take to heart, and act upon or live by. Let me share them with you.
