Focus: What Can't Jesus Do?

Text: Mk.9:19.

"Bring him unto me."

This was a sick young man, whose sickness was not ordinary. It was beyond any medical solution. Science had no answer. A demon was behind the ugly situation. A boy's life was in a bad shape and an evil spirit was behind it. Some troubles men face are not really ordinary. In fact, in another place, Jesus says, "An enemy hath done this"(Mt.13:28).

Christ's disciples tried to handle it, but failed.

Then Jesus comes and says, "Bring him to me." He immediately dealt with the situation and delivered the young man from his chronic condition.

Our God can handle impossible or demonic cases. Bring your case to Christ in prayer. Call upon his name and believe God for a miracle. Whatever is the case or issue, bring it to Jesus. Our God is still in the business of working miracles. Amen.
