Focus: Said And Done! (Pt.2)
Text: Num.11:23
"Is the LORD'S hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not."
God is capable and reliable. He never fails in keeping His promises. Concerning Abraham, Paul wrote, "And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform" (Rom.4:21). Abraham was confident that God had the ability to do exactly what He had promised. Same goes for Sarah. The writer of Hebrews says that Sarah "judged him faithful who had promised" (Heb.11:11). We all need to do the same. God never makes empty promises. Whatever He says is well within His power to do.
The Scripture is replete with testimonies of God's faithfulness in doing what He says. Joshua tells us, "There failed not ought of any good thing which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass" (Josh.21:45). What a God! Here is another testimony of Scripture: "Blessed be the LORD, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant" (1Kgs.8:56). God fulfilled every promise He made to Israel through Moses. Moses said it, and God did it. God is a keeper of His own word or promise, regardless of who says it.
God is never known for breaking His word, and indeed the Scripture cannot be broken. God has enough power to back His word and bring His promises to pass.
Have faith in God! Go to God in prayer and ask Him to fulfill His word in your life! David prayed, "And now, O LORD God, the word that thou hast spoken concerning thy servant, and concerning his house, establish it for ever, and do as thou hast said… And now, O Lord GOD, thou art that God, and thy words be TRUE, and thou hast promised this goodness unto thy servant" (1Sam.7:25,28). Solomon also prayed, "Now, O LORD God, let thy promise unto David my father be established: for thou hast made me king over a people like the dust of the earth in multitude" (2Chron.1:9). They prayed prophetic momentum into prophetic fulfillment.
You can pray the prophetic word into manifestation in your own life. It's about time you started praying the promises of God into visible and tangible manifestations in your life. Trust God to do as He has said. I boldly declare that your God is the saying and doing God.
