Text: Prov. 11:25

"He that watereth shall be watered also himself."

That's the way life works, especially from God's standpoint.

It pays to do good and to live right. The good we do go ahead of us to wait for us. Good works are never wasted; rather they yield great fruits and mighty dividends. Always, harvest is for sowers.

Be a blessing to those in need, even those who might not be able to pay you back. Just let God use you in other people's lives, for the good we do to others have a way of coming back to us.

God uses the kindness we show to others to help us in the hour of our own need.

Read the story of the great woman of Shunem, and may your heart be deeply touched to the point of action - 2Kgs.4:8-11,14-37. Part of verse 13 says, "... Behold, thou hast been careful for us with all this care; what is to be done for thee?" Elisha

acknowledges her wonderful kindness and sweet hospitality. Her good works paid off eventually, for she received from God the fruit of the womb, and even when the baby suddenly died, he came back to life by the prophetic anointing of Elisha. In a unique way, ministers of God represent God on earth. Make sure you bless and invest in them as much as you can and as long as you live. I tell you this: the good you seek may come from the good you do! Amen.
